The A2 Gir Cow Ghee is made with lots of Love. We follow the tradition belona method for making Ghee.
We used pure A2 Gir Cow milk those are freely grazing into the forest.
Firstly we make the Curd from the A2 Gir cow milk. I
t is churned early in the morning around 4-5 am.
The Loni (butter) derived from the cured will be used for making Ghee. rest curd converted in to buttermilk.
The whole process took 30-35 Ltr milk to produce 1 Ltr of Ghee.
We also use natural herbs to enhance the quality of Ghee.
